Azedra and Onalta, our lead radiotherapeutic product candidates under development for the treatment of cancer, bind selectively to molecular targets on neuroendocrine cancer such as carcinoid, pheochromocytoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine and neuroblastoma. Zemiva, our lead molecular imaging pharmaceutical product candidate, is a radiolabeled fatty acid analog for the diagnosis of insufficient blood flow to the heart, or cardiac ischemia. We are also developing additional product candidates by leveraging our expertise in radiochemistry and radiolabeling founded on our core proprietary technologies, including our Ultratrace technology and Single Amino Acid Chelate, or SAAC, technology. Using our proprietary technologies, we have identified potential candidates that may be useful in the detection or treatment of prostate cancer, heart failure and neurodegenerative disease, which is a disease characterized by the gradual and progressive loss of nerve cells. Additionally, several other indications relating to the future development for Zemiva have been identified, such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease and heart failure.
